What’s the story behind the name? I’ve always had an affinity for animals. When I was a kid it was pandas, now its squirrels. While at Michigan State University, I got a tattoo of a squirrel, because they were everywhere, and just seeing them run makes me smile. I’ve believe I’ve had a guardian angel(s) for a long time; when I was 2 I broke through a glass top table, and didn’t get hurt; I’ve jumped off cliffs (long story), when I should have shattered both legs and only got an ankle sprain; I’ve flipped a car and walked away. The squirrel tattoo originally had nothing to do with the guardian angel, but shortly after I got it, I had a dream, where I spoke to a squirrel that told me he was watching out for me, and his name was “Chakik” (chuh – Kick).
Thats it in a nutshell pun intended.He has been my guardian ever since, and it seemed appropriate to name the MINI after him…
